Executive Assistant to CEO of Exclusive Membership Organization
The CEO of a rapidly growing start-up is seeking a highly qualified Executive Assistant to provide hands-on support. The ideal candidate will be energetic, resourceful, and highly organized—someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, keeps things on track, and can think one step ahead.
Requirements
- 5 Years Assistant experience or equivalent
- BA / BS from competitive US college
- Tech Savvy : Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, as well as relevant project management systems
- High degree of discretion and confidentiality
- A collaborative and proactive working style (not just react to requests, anticipate them)
- Organizational and Multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
Act as communication hub : screen calls, manage emails, and draft correspondence on behalf of the CEOMaintain and prioritize a complex daily calendar and to-do listCoordinate meetings and itineraries, ensuring the CEO is always preparedProvide office support such as ordering lunches, organizing supplies, and serving as point person for benefits / 401K logisticsSupport company events and team gatherings with planning and logisticsArrange travel (domestic and international), including private flights, accommodations, and detailed itinerariesOversee household and property management across multiple residences, liaising with staff, vendors, and contractorsManage personal and business expenses, budgets, bill payments, and coordination with accountants and advisorsPlan and support private events, dinners, and social functionsHours : M-F 9-5
Salary : $125K / year
