We're seeking a Mortgage Closer to power high-volume closings with speed and accuracy. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and know your way around loan docs, this is your moment.

• What You'll Do :
• Scrub and validate refinance and purchase loan files
• Process 3rd-party orders (title, appraisal, insurance, etc.)
• Review documents, monitor queues, and close 8-10 loans daily
• No borrower contact-just pure operational focus
• What You Bring :
• General understanding of Federal, State & Local mortgage regulations
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Proven speed and accuracy under pressure
• Excellent critical thinking, math, and problem-solving skills
• Effective time management and communication (written & oral)
• Strong negotiation and issue-resolution skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft, Google, and mainstream apps

• Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $29.00 / hr.
