We're seeking someone who's not just about recruitment, but about driving success by selling and placing top-tier associates into contract and contract-to-hire roles.

MUST LIVE IN SE PHOENIX AREA! Experience in recruiting a PLUS...

• Fill 100% of all qualified job orders with urgency.
• Qualify and take thorough and complete job orders.
• Make 50 outbound sales calls weekly.
• Assist with appointment setting for the Sales Representative or the Franchisee.
• Recruit, interview, and retain a qualified pool of associates.
• Coordinate client interviews and assignments.
• Complete a minimum of two Employment Verification calls on every associate prior to assignment.
• Ensure high satisfaction levels by following up with associates on a consistent basis.
• Generate and expand business with existing accounts and new accounts.
• Broaden and diversify the client base by presenting the full range of service offerings.
• Build relationships with clients and prospects.
• Complete client visits and safety tours.
• Ensure high satisfaction levels by following the Express Quality Control Process.
• Work closely with all team members to ensure job orders are filled in a timely manner.

Perform other related duties as necessary and assigned.
