About the Role

As a Regional AP Manager, you lead asset protection strategy and execution across a defined region of stores. You manage Area AP Managers, oversee investigations, and partner cross-functionally to ensure safety, compliance, and shortage reduction. Your leadership helps protect the people, products, and brand experiences across our house of iconic brands : Gap, Old Navy, Banana Republic, and Athleta.

What You'll Do

Lead and develop Area AP Managers, ensuring consistent execution of AP programs across the region.

Align regional AP strategies with enterprise goals and brand-specific needs.

Monitor performance metrics and use data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Partner with Store Operations, HR, and Legal to address risk, compliance, and safety issues.

Oversee complex investigations and ensure legal and procedural integrity.

Represent AP in regional business planning and leadership forums.

Drive a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement across the region.

Who You Are

Proven leadership in multi-unit retail or Asset Protection environments, with expertise in investigations, compliance, and crisis response.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to lead and execute strategic initiatives that deliver consistent results.

Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across functions, managing change and driving innovation across teams.

Committed to continuous improvement and team development, including the ability to lead and develop others through direct coaching and peer influence.

Skilled in aligning operational execution with enterprise goals through data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
