A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team.
Key Responsibilities :
Collaborate with department managers to identify employment needs and develop job descriptions
Conduct phone screenings and interviews, evaluate candidates, and assist in onboarding new employees
Prepare employment offers and provide hiring and retention reports to management
Required Qualifications :
2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment is preferred
BA / BS in human resources, business, or a related field is preferred
Proficient with applicant tracking software and Microsoft Office Suite
Working knowledge of employment law, both state and federal
Must have a quiet area in the home environment for conducting interviews
