Rapidly source and screen high-quality candidates for various finance and accounting positions

Manage and execute outreach efforts, job postings, and talent relationship development

Oversee the talent screening pipeline and coordinate the hiring process with management

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in human resources with a focus on hiring in a small business setting

Bachelor's degree required

Deep experience in hiring corporate finance and accounting staff

Experience with hiring technology / tools to enhance the candidate experience

History of serving in a human resources role for a distributed workforce preferred
