Calvis Wyant is a luxury home design-build firm in Scottsdale, and we’re looking for an experienced Project Manager who knows how to plan, coordinate, and deliver exceptional craftsmanship while keeping projects running smoothly and clients delighted.

This isn’t your average project management role—we build and renovate luxury, one-of-a-kind homes for discerning homeowners who expect excellence. That means we’re looking for someone who brings professionalism, precision, and a passion for quality to every detail.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing all phases of construction projects from design development through completion.
• Preparing and managing bids, budgets, and construction schedules that align with client expectations.
• Executing subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders with accuracy and transparency.
• Reviewing and interpreting architectural and engineering plans and specifications to ensure design intent is clearly understood and executed.
• Coordinating and communicating regularly with clients, designers, and trades to keep projects on track.
• Reviewing construction documents for conformance with budgets, schedules, and contracts.
• Using Buildertrend and other project management tools to track progress and maintain documentation.
• Maintaining a professional, proactive approach that supports our clients and our team.
