We are looking for a Regional Controller to lead financial operations across the region. This is a high-impact role where you'll ensure accurate reporting, compliance, and operational support for manufacturing and supply chain activitiesall while leading and developing a high-performing accounting team.

What You'll Be Doing
Financial Close & Reporting
Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes for the regionPrepare and analyze financial statements, plant-level P&Ls, inventory, and cost variancesSupport regional forecasting and collaborate with FP&A and commercial teamsInternal Controls & Compliance
Implement and monitor SOX-compliant internal controlsEnsure adherence to corporate accounting policies and local regulationsServe as a key point of contact for audits and compliance reviewsGlobal Accounting Alignment
Work closely with the Global Controller to standardize accounting practicesEnforce proper use of the global chart of accounts and financial controlsSupport process improvement initiatives, automation, and system consistencyOperational Collaboration
Partner with the Director of Operations Finance to support manufacturing and supply chain accountingProvide technical accounting guidance for inventory, cost variances, and production standard costsTrain operations-facing finance team members as neededTeam Leadership & Process Improvement
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing regional accounting teamIdentify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance accuracyPromote automation and system utilization across accounting functionsWhat You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA strongly preferred10+ years of progressive accounting / controllership experience in a fast-paced public manufacturing or industrial environment6+ years of people leadership experienceStrong background in cost accounting, inventory, and U.S. GAAP complianceExperience working in a matrixed, global organizationExpertise in internal controls, audit readiness, and compliance frameworksERP system proficiency (SAP, Oracle, etc.)Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skillsProven ability to collaborate across teams and functionsCompensation & Application
Salary : $165,000 $190,000 / year + bonus eligibilityThis is an onsite role in Loveland, COApplications will be accepted for a minimum of five days but may remain open longerPrompt applications are encouraged
