Job Summary

As the VP, Product Strategy you will set and drive the long-term vision for the product organization, ensuring that every decision connects to business outcomes and client value. You will align product strategy with enterprise goals, balancing innovation with compliance, operational realities, and business intelligence. By working closely with client experience, financial professionals and other internal stakeholders, you will translate insights into product opportunities and ensure AI-powered solutions are practical, compliant and impactful. This role requires both strategic foresight and hands-on leadership- shaping roadmaps, setting priorities, and guiding the team through trade-offs that advance the business. Partnering across engineering, design, operations and compliance, you'll move products through the full life cycle while tracking outcomes and adapting based on performance. Along the way, you'll mature the product team, manage relationships with technology partners, and keep executives informed through clear updates on progress, risks, and recommendations.
