Job Description
Lead management of assigned structural steel and PEMB projects from detailing through field erection. Review drawings, schedules, submittals, and change orders to ensure accuracy and timely delivery. Coordinate with detailing, shop, and field teams to keep jobs on track and on budget. Interface with the Director of Construction and Field Operations to ensure seamless project delivery. Act as a technical resource and advisor to junior project managers and assistant PMs. Provide mentorship and real-time problem-solving on topics like sequencing, change order tracking, and erection logistics. Support a culture of learning, process improvement, and consistency across the project management team. Assist in implementing tools like Trimble Connect, Tekla fabrication tracking, and Excel-based job tracking systems. Promote use of standardized erection aids, quality-enhancing detailing practices, and streamlined communication processes. Drive improvements in field efficiency through smarter design coordination and planning. Lead weekly internal coordination calls with shop and field staff. Track and communicate job status clearly to stakeholders. Ensure all detailing changes (ASI / BFA) are logged and escalated for cost recovery when applicable. Occasional job site meetings and visits. Training of new project managers who join the team and assistants.

The Successful Applicant
Flexible on years of experience, looking for anyone with 3+ years of experience. Experience working with concrete steel masonry. Ability to read structural drawings. Have a general understanding of fabricating and erecting steel. Tekla software preferred, ability to learn this software and have general computer skills. Experience with pre-engineered metal buildings preferred. Self-starter mentality with an ability to learn.
What's on Offer
Schedule : 8 : 00am - 4 : 30PM, office setting. Compensation, flexible based on experience ($85,000 - $115,000). PTO. 401k with 4% match. Bonus (based on individual and company performance). Health, Dental, Vision.
