Job Details

Responsibilities :

1. Manage and oversee the full project life cycle from initiation to completion. This includes defining project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

2. Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules to effectively allocate resources, manage project activities, and control project costs.

3. Conduct financial analysis and cost estimation for each project phase, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

4. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and will meet the business needs.

5. Implement project management tools and best practices to track project performance and progress.

6. Regularly report on project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.

7. Foster positive relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are managed.

8. Continuously improve project management methodologies and practices to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications :

1. An advanced degree or certification in Project Management is highly desirable.

2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically within the Construction industry preffered.

3. Demonstrated proficiency in project planning, scheduling, and cost estimation.

4. Strong understanding of financial principles and business operations.

5. Proven ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with all levels of the organization.

7. Proficiency in project management software and other related IT tools.

8. Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.

9. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving project objectives.

10. Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain a positive attitude in a challenging environment.
