Sr. Manager Sap Operations

Job Title : Sr. Manager SAP Operations

We are looking for a Sr. Manager SAP Operations to join our team. This is a key role responsible for overseeing the strategic management of SAP operations within our organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP systems, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage the SAP operations team to ensure the smooth execution of all SAP-related projects and processes.
  • Develop and implement strategies for the continuous improvement of SAP systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SAP initiatives with business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies related to SAP operations.
  • Provide mentorship and leadership to the SAP operations team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP operations, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing large-scale SAP projects and teams.
  • Strong understanding of SAP modules, including but not limited to FI, CO, MM, and SD.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
