Job Description

We are looking for a scrappy, media-savvy storyteller who lives and breathes PR opportunities. This person will own our earned media strategy — securing press coverage, positioning Happy V experts as go-to sources, and building relationships with journalists who cover women's health, wellness, and lifestyle topics.

You'll monitor platforms like HARO, Qwoted, and Featured daily, jumping on time-sensitive opportunities that put Happy V in front of millions of readers. You'll also proactively pitch our products, research, and stories to secure features in top-tier publications. And when we need voices on topics we're not covering yet? You'll recruit the right KOLs and influencers to help us fill those gaps.

This role requires quick thinking, stellar writing, and the ability to translate complex topics into compelling stories that journalists actually want to cover.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to HARO, Qwoted, Featured, and similar platforms daily — fast turnaround is critical
• Craft compelling, tailored pitches that connect journalists' needs with Happy V's products, experts, and stories
• Secure product mentions, expert quotes, and feature stories in health, wellness, lifestyle, and women's media
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists and editors covering women's health
• Track all media placements and measure impact on traffic, backlinks, and brand awareness
