Stormwater Management Role
Are you an experienced leader with a background in stormwater field operations? In this management role, you will oversee staff and daily activities of assigned work crews responsible for routine, emergency maintenance and special projects; arranges for necessary equipment, tools and assistance from other operations. You'll play a key role in operational planning, including budgeting, staffing, employee development and discipline, scheduling, and coordination with stormwater engineering.
The starting pay range is $75,233.60 - $83,000.00 / annually (based on experience), and benefits begin within 60 days of hire. Join us in helping to keep Sarasota County safe and resilient against stormwater challenges.
