What You’ll Be Doing :

As a Warehouse person, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our operations efficient, safe, and well-stocked. You'll manage materials, support line crews, and ensure everything from gloves to gear is where it needs to be, when it needs to be there.

Keep warehouse materials organized, available, and ready to go

Manage inventory and purchasing for essential materials and tools

Support field crews by preparing and distributing materials for construction and maintenance

Perform regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records

Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, and minor facility upkeep

Be available to help out during outages and storms—our members count on us

What You Bring :

High school diploma or equivalent

Valid NC driver’s license

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Experience in inventory management (a big plus!)

Familiarity with utility materials or RUS procedures (even better!)

Physical Requirements :

This is an active role that involves lifting, climbing, operating equipment, and staying on the move—perfect for someone who enjoys physical work and problem-solving on the fly.

Residency Requirement :

You’ll need to live within a 25-mile radius of the Cornelius office to ensure quick response times.
