EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

The primary purpose of this position is to assist in the execution of the installation's Emergency Management (EM), Chemical Biological Radiological Nuclear (CBRN), and Hazardous Material (HAZMAT) emergency response, logistics, and training programs.
Duties
- Assists in the development and coordination of plans and procedures for implementation and execution of the Installation Emergency Management Plan (IEMP).
- Assists in conducting initial / recurring training for functional areas of EM.
- Maintains Emergency Management response equipment, training resources, and supply inventories.
- Collaborates with on / off-base units and agencies on installation EM programs, policies, and procedures.
- Serves as a CBRN Response team member.
