LHH is partnering with a renowned healthcare company who is actively seeking a Call Center Representative to join their San Diego team! In this role, you will be answering a high volume of inbound calls, transferring calls to the appropriate nurse or Doctor, conducting outbound follow up calls, and accurately entering data into the database.
This is a Contract-To-Hire role with an hourly pay starting $ There is strong potential for a pay increase, excellent benefits and opportunity to work remote if you are successfully hired on as a permanent employee!
Responsibilities :
- Answering incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner
- Assisting patients and physician with questions and inquiries
- Transferring calls to appropriate nurse or faculty member when necessary
- Conducting outbound calls to follow up with patients and physicians
- Accurately entering large amounts of data and producing reports
- Assisting with clerical tasks through-out office as needed
Compensation :
- $ USD per hour
- Contract-To-Hire
Schedule :
- Monday-Friday
- Full Time, 40 hours a week
- 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm
- Onsite in their central, Kearny Mesa office
Qualifications :
- 1+ years of customer service experience preferred
- Call center and healthcare experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Passion for customer service
