The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Project Estimator to join our growing preconstruction team. This position plays a key role in developing accurate, competitive bids that reflect both our technical expertise and our client-first approach. You’ll collaborate closely with our Lead Estimator, project managers, and executive team to help bring projects from concept to reality.

What You’ll Do

• Review plans and specifications to prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates
• Solicit, track, and evaluate subcontractor and vendor proposals
• Support bid leveling and identify potential scope gaps or value-engineering opportunities
• Maintain organized estimating documentation and project files
• Assist in proposal preparation and bid submissions
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth project hand-offs
• Continuously refine cost data and support process improvements within the estimating department
