Commercially-Minded Business Development Manager
At flatfair, we've built partnerships with letting agents across the UKbut not all of them are currently active. That's where you come in.
We're looking for a commercially-minded, target-driven Business Development Manager to re-engage these partners, build relationships, and grow our revenue. You'll reach out to warm contacts, reintroduce flatfair, and help agents increase plan sales to tenants.
This is a high-activity, sales-focused role. You'll have the freedom to test your approach, the support of a collaborative team, and the opportunity to make a clear, measurable impact.
What You'll Be Doing
- Proactively re-engaging underperforming partner accounts and driving them back into action.
- Running high-volume outreachcalls, emails, follow-upswith tenacity and energy.
- Selling the benefits of flatfair clearly and confidently to a variety of agent contacts.
- Delivering remote training that empowers agent teams to promote and convert effectively.
- Handling objections with empathy, logic, and commercial focus.
- Tracking your sales pipeline, activity, and revenue in our CRM.
- Sharing insights to help the team improve our pitch and grow more accounts.
What We're Looking For
Experience in outbound sales, business development, or partner managementideally in proptech or related industry.A competitive mindset and a track record of hitting targets.Comfortable making lots of calls, hearing "no," and going back for the "yes."You take ownership, work at pace, and know how to close.Someone who owns their pipeline and can manage multiple accounts with structure and focus.Strong communicator who can adapt your message and build trust quickly.You're curious, coachable, and always hungry to improve.Bonus if you've worked in property, proptech, or a startup beforebut mindset matters more than background.Why Flatfair?
