Staff Accountant

Brief Summary : The General Staff Accountant supports the accounting and finance team. This role involves handling daily accounting tasks, account reconciliations, financial reporting, and compliance with audit requests. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.

Essential Functions :

• Daily Accounting Tasks

Process and record daily / weekly accounting transactions, including accounts payable and receivable as needed.

Weekly and monthly reconciliation of selected balance sheet accounts, including fixed assets, prepaid expenses, and accrued liabilities.

Manage month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, accruals, and adjustments

Prepare and organize financial records for external auditors.
