What You Can Expect

As a Performance Engineer within ENGIE North America's Renewable & Flex Power Generation Business Unit, you will provide and support data analytics across our U.S. based renewable energy assets. Your mission is to enhance the performance of operational sites-including wind, solar, and battery storage-through advanced analytics, data visualization, and KPI reporting.

What You Will Do :

Reporting to the Manager of Performance Analytics, your key responsibilities include :

• Designing and maintaining tools to monitor fleet-wide performance and availability
• Developing advanced analytics to proactively detect failure modes and deliver actionable insights to operations teams
• Conducting in-depth investigations into equipment failures and performance issues
• Supporting data needs for budgeting, spare parts management, and other operational activities
• Enhancing dashboards and tools for key performance indicator (KPI) reporting

Compensation

Salary Range : $86,100 - $132,020 USD annually.

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
