Insight Global is seeking a Staff Completion Engineer to join the team of a top upstream oil and gas operator. They will be working closely with the subsea team, however, they will be a part of the completions organization that is made up of 60 people, the individual teams are consistent of 7 members. They will be using WellCat & WellPlan to design wells including performing thermal production loads, tubing stress analysis and installation loads. The person in this role will also design and execute sand control completions, including gravel packing and frac packing. They will be providing project management, sourcing equipment, managing equipment and conducting shop visits.

Required Skills & Experience
10 years of experience as a completions engineer
10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry
Experience design and executing sand control completions, including gravel packing and frac packing.
WellCat & WellPlan Software proficiency
10 years of experience with deepwater gulf operations
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Previous role with SLB, Halliburton, Baker Hughes
