We are searching for a Care Coordinator to offer support to families during some of their most challenging moments. This is a remote position, and while flexibility is key, candidates must be situated within the Mountain or Central U.S. time zones to support our operations effectively.

As a Care Coordinator, your role will be to provide reassurance and guidance, schedule appointments, and ensure seamless communication with our veterinary team. Your empathy will help families navigate this heartfelt journey with peace and love.

Key Responsibilities :

• First Point of Contact : Answer calls with warmth, compassion, and professionalism, making families feel heard and supported.
• Provide Guidance : Address families' questions with care and gently explain the euthanasia process to alleviate concerns.
• Coordinate Care : Collect vital medical details and schedule in-home visits, managing multiple veterinarians' schedules with ease.
• Foster Trust : Create strong connections with families while maintaining clear communication with our veterinary staff.
• Collaborate : Work hand-in-hand with veterinarians, Regional Operations Supervisors, and team members to ensure each appointment is handled with the utmost care.
• Go the Extra Mile : Show empathy, patience, and dedication to support clients and veterinarians alike.
