We are building world-class luxury brands in cigars, fine dining, and entertainment, and we’re seeking a polished, professional Pre Cook to join our team.

About the Role :

  • As a Prep Cook, you will support our chefs by preparing ingredients and ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen — helping us deliver a world-class dining experience every day.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Prepare and portion ingredients to recipe specifications.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times.
  • Assist with basic cooking and plating tasks as needed.
  • Uphold food safety and hygiene standards consistently.
  • Support the culinary team with daily prep and inventory.

    • Ideal Candidate :

  • 1–2 years of kitchen experience preferred fine dining.
  • Strong knife skills and understanding of kitchen safety.
  • Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
  • Passionate about hospitality and culinary excellence.
