About the Role As a Line Cook, you will play a critical role in preparing high-quality dishes that reflect the elegance and excellence of our concept.

You will be responsible for station setup, precise food preparation, and maintaining cleanliness and consistency throughout service.

What You’ll Do :

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies before and during service Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations and equipment Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times Collaborate with the Executive Chef and kitchen team to deliver timely, consistent service Assist with inventory, prep, and closing duties as assigned Contribute to a positive, respectful, and professional kitchen culture Ideal Candidate : 3+ years of experience as a line cook in a high-end or fine dining environment Strong understanding of kitchen operations, food prep, and presentation standards Reliable, punctual, and able to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen Detail-oriented and committed to excellence in every plate Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods Miami-based and available for evening and weekend shifts Powered by JazzHR
