Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 5 Environmental Services / Custodial for Kent Hospital located in Warwick, Rhode Island . Kent is a 359 bed facility. This position will manage 100 full-time, client-paid union staff with 4 managers overseeing the housekeeping and patient transportation departments reporting to the Client Executive.

What You'll Do

• have exceptional client service mentality and executive presence
• be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores
• provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff and work closely with the Infectious Control department
• partner with the Environment of Care Committee, Infection Prevention Director and other key members of hospital leadership
• effectively manages the Unit Operating System
• support a diverse and inclusive workforce

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience - 5 years

Minimum Functional Experience - 5 years of work experience in housekeeping or custodial services
