We’re seeking a Bilingual (English / Spanish) Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal lines insurance, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients understand their coverage options.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Process policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations efficiently.
- Answer client inquiries regarding coverage, billing, and claims.
- Assist producers and account managers in maintaining client accounts.
- Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Communicate clearly and effectively in both English and Spanish.
Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).1–3 years of experience in personal lines insurance (home, auto, umbrella, etc.).Active state insurance license (Property & Casualty)Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and multitasking ability.Proficiency with insurance management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
