AECOM is seeking a Healthcare Construction Manager in Los Angeles, CA. Job duties include but are not limited to :

• Oversees construction sites, general contractors, and workers to ensure a high level of quality and safety.
• Provides direction to Contractor regarding field activities.
• Creates and reviews Requests for Information and Change Orders.
• Verifies that the project is constructed and documented in accordance with the contract documents and good engineering practices.
• Provides technical support to Project Managers.
• Assists in change order estimating and assists the Project Manager in change order negotiations.
• Coordinates and monitors schedule updates, invoices, and submittals.
• Reviews and manages the progress of contractors' construction schedules.
• Reviews weekly and monthly reports on the status and progress of the contracts, including project costs and potential changes.
• Reports on the status of projects to Project Manager, Program Manager and Client.
• Attend client program meetings as needed.

Additional Information

Sponsorship is not available for this role. Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $140,000.00 - $185,000.00.
