Dynamics 365 Developer (Senior Developer / Software Engineer)

HarmonyTech Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 Developer with extensive experience in multiple programming languages and Microsoft enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex solutions in Dynamics 365, SharePoint 365, and the Microsoft Power Platform. Strong technical expertise combined with excellent communication skills is essential to effectively collaborate with development teams, stakeholders, and clients.

Position is in Washington D.C. and requires U.S. Citizenship or Green Card.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and deploy custom applications and solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Work on complex development projects using multiple programming languages and frameworks.
• Collaborate with team members to design solutions, review code, and discuss alternative approaches.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including user stories, process flows, and system diagrams.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with SharePoint 365 and other enterprise systems.
• Leverage Microsoft Power Platform tools (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI) for custom solutions.
• Ensure compliance with best practices, coding standards, and security requirements.
