Senior HRIS Integrations Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior HRIS Integrations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and implement Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, and Workday Web Services

Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to understand requirements and develop solutions

Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data accuracy and integrity

Required Qualifications :

4-6 years of experience as an HRIS or Workday Integrations Specialist

Strong knowledge of Workday HCM, including Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll modules

Proficiency with Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (SOAP / REST)

Hands-on experience with object-oriented programming (Java, JavaScript, Python) and data formats such as XML, JSON, REST, and SOAP

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
