Just Evotec Biologics is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented and driven Reliability Engineering, Sr. Manager Facilities that desires a significant opportunity to improve worldwide access to biotherapeutics. This position plays a key role in enhancing the reliability, continuous improvement, and equipment availability of JPOD and JPLANT manufacturing and support equipment. The Reliability Engineering, Sr. Manager Facilities will act as a central liaison across operations, facilities maintenance, manufacturing, automation, quality assurance, validation, and utilities engineeringdriving cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement in equipment performance and system reliability.

What You'll Do :

• Maintenance Coordination : Schedule and document maintenance related services for manufacturing equipment activities, including facilities and utilities.
• Operational Efficiency : Actively partner and communicate with key internal / external stakeholders to develop a maintenance strategy and definition of facilities maintenance activities within the manufacturing, QC, PD and utilities and facilities areas.
• Technical Expertise : Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for facilities and utilities reliability centered maintenance for control systems; including support to predictive maintenance to main electrical distribution systems and life safety systems to ensure full compliance with the good facilities management guidelines and regulations.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be $92,400 to $126,500; Base salary offered may vary depending on the individual's skills, experience and competitive market value. Additional total rewards include discretionary annual bonus, comprehensive benefits to include Medical, Dental and Vision, short-term and long-term disability, company paid basic life insurance, 401k company match, flexible work, generous paid time off and paid holiday, wellness and transportation benefits.
