The selected candidate will spearhead the planning and execution of crucial initiatives, encompassing product launches, branding strategies, promotional endeavors, and event support.

Collaborating closely with our sales team and channel partners, this position is pivotal in guaranteeing the brand's representation across diverse channels, and ensuring the success of promotional efforts and advertising strategies.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to ensure cohesive brand execution.
- Oversee brand communication, including messaging, visual identity, and tone, to maintain a strong and authentic brand voice.
- Manage and nurture relationships with external partners, agencies, and stakeholders to enhance brand reach and impact.
- Track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of brand initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Take ownership and execute goals and strategies that match up to channel expectations
- Partner with Sales Managers in providing unique marketing support to customers
- Execute events and tradeshows, track results and build market awareness
- Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
- Collaborate with social and digital agencies on product opportunities and design of brand standards
Requirements
Preferred Education and Experience :
Bachelors or Associate’s degree a plus and at least 4 years of experience in a marketing environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge and Personal Attributes :
- Previous experience in brand management, marketing, or related role
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative and compelling brand campaigns and messages that resonate with the target audience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey brand messages and maintain a consistent brand voice across various channels
- Strong project management skills to plan and execute key product launches, branding initiatives, promotional campaigns, and events
- Automotive industry experience a plus
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, Google AdWords and analytics and general SEO tools
