Estate Sale Team Member
Blue Moon Estate Sales of South Orange County specializes in helping individuals and families navigate major life transitionswhether downsizing, relocating, or settling a loved one's estate. We provide a full-service, compassionate approach to organizing and conducting estate sales, handling every detail with professionalism and care.
We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-friendly Estate Sale Team Members to assist with the preparation and execution of estate sales. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a dynamic environment, have an eye for organization and presentation, and take pride in delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities include staging and organizing household items for sale (furniture, dcor, kitchenware, collectibles, etc.), researching and accurately pricing items included in the sale, maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing sale environment, greeting and assisting customers during sale days in a friendly and professional manner, and assisting with post-sale breakdown and cleanup as needed.
Qualifications include a positive attitude and strong work ethic, being friendly, approachable, and customer-service oriented, working efficiently both independently and as part of a team, having strong attention to detail and organizational skills, being able to lift and move items (up to 3050 lbs) and be on your feet for extended periods, having flexible availability, especially on weekends, and having prior retail, estate sale, or merchandising experience is a plus, but not required.
