Responsibilities
:ER Clinical Pharmacist II within highly integrated and collaborative ER pharmacy program.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in pharmacy required (BS Pharm). Doctor of Pharmacy preferred (PharmD).
2-5 years clinical pharmacy experience with 1-2 years in specific practce area.
Residency/fellowship in the field of specialty is desired and will count as 2 years’ experience.
