3+ years of experience as an IT Manager or IT Service Desk Manager

5+ years of experience as an IT Administrator or Support Engineer

Exceptional hands-on experience with endpoint management tools like Jamf and Intune

Proficiency in identity and access management platforms such as Okta

Understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards like NIST CSF
