Certified Benz & Beemer (CBB) is hiring experienced automotive sales professionals to join our winning, family-owned team in Scottsdale.
We sell 200-250 luxury vehicles nationwide, generate 2,000+ leads per month, and have earned 20,000+ five-star reviewsincluding Arizona's #1 Independent Dealer honors year after year.
Family-owned, no high-pressure environment
Great schedules (We close at 7:00 M-S and Sunday 10-5). Every 3rd week, 3 days off in a row
Generous pay plan which includes unit bonuses and pay on the Finance reserve, that rewards performance

You'll build lasting customer relationships, guide clients through the buying process, conduct test drives and demos, set appointments, handle walk-ins, and follow up to create repeat and referral businessall while bringing energy and professionalism every day.
Prefer automotive sales & internet lead experience, but we are open to someone with a successful sales history
Strong communication and customer-first mindset
