Payroll Operations Lead

A company is looking for a Payroll Operations Lead responsible for overseeing payroll processes and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee the payroll calendar and ensure timely execution of payroll cycles

Identify inefficiencies and lead initiatives to improve payroll workflows and automation

Serve as a liaison between Payroll, HR, Finance, and external vendors to ensure alignment and issue resolution

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or a Graduate Degree with 2 years of experience, or 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree

4+ years of experience in payroll operations, focusing on process improvement

Familiarity with laws and regulations affecting payroll processing

Experience in managing payroll-related projects and compliance initiatives

Strong analytical skills to monitor KPIs related to payroll performance
