What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergencies.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment for staff and visitors.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior.

Monitor for unusual or suspicious activity within the premises and promptly report findings according to established protocols.

Support access control procedures by verifying credentials and granting entry only to authorized individuals.

Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and activities as required by site policies and Allied Universal guidelines.

What We're Looking For :

Availability across various days and shifts

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

Must have 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience, or possess a college degree.

Client requires proof of high school diploma or General Education Diploma.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
