Job Description :

As a Security Officer Unarmed Financial Patrol Full-Time in Charlotte, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. You will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence at a financial institution location.

Responsibilities :

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas within the financial institution to help to deter unauthorized access and support a secure environment.
• Document and report any security-related incidents, observations, or unusual activities according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Collaborate with other Allied Universal team members and location staff to address security-related needs and support a welcoming atmosphere for employees and visitors.
