Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is just one component of our competitive total rewards package, which includes wellness programs designed to support our team members' financial, physical, and mental well-being. Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.

• Responsible for promoting a positive influence in the community and participating in company-sponsored events
• Develop, implement, and execute overall strategies for casino marketing calendar, managing to profitability and customer service objectives.
• Plan and execute promotions and special events, from origination through execution, in compliance with standards outlined by Massachusetts Gaming Commission.
• Manage loyalty program development and implementation, liaising with database marketing, player services and sister properties to achieve financial and custom customer service objectives.
• Manage entertainment program in multiple venues.
• Responsible for marketing technology roadmap and implementation, including kiosks, mobile devices and user applications.
• Communicate marketing programs throughout property to ensure a high level of knowledge.
• Train non-marketing areas on marketing programs to ensure a high level of guest service.
• Management accountability for all team members for day to day and long-term operations to include hiring, training and developing employees.
• Maintain compliance with policies and procedures.
• Budgetary management across expenses, capital requests, labor and marketing pro-formas.
