Marketing Manager For Card Customer Communications
As the Marketing Manager for Card Customer Communications, you will be responsible for the end-to-end planning and execution of customer communications for Citizens consumer credit cards. Marketing channels include email, SMS, and mobile app. This team member will be a highly visible, engaged member of our broader Consumer Lending Marketing team with ample opportunity to collaborate across business lines and functions and grow.
Primary Responsibilities Include :
- Responsible for omni-channel customer communications to support engagement, deepening, retention, and acquisition activities.
- Communicating with cross-functional partners on communication priorities, strategies, and performance.
- Working with card marketing and business teams to ensure customer communications support is aligned to business goals.
- Innovate and test new strategies and tactics to drive results and engagement.
- Learning from previous campaigns and making improvements based on results / feedback.
Qualifications, Education, Certifications and / or Other Professional Credentials
Excellent stakeholder management skillsAbility to adapt to shifting priorities and lead teams through dynamic plansBachelor's degree preferred8+ years of relevant experienceCandidate should have strong project management and communication skills.
Candidate should have consumer communication expertise.Credit card experience strongly preferred but not required.Hours & Work Schedule
