Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a Support Integration Specialist to help manage and optimize the software tools that power our national home-improvement business. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, supporting users, and working with modern sales and operations platforms.
Our top priority is finding someone with strong experience using LEAP / SalesPro, as this tool powers our estimating and proposal workflows. You'll also support several key integrations, including SalesRabbit, Ingage, HubSpot, CompanyCam, and other third-party applications.
What You'll Do
- Act as our in-house expert for LEAP / SalesPro—templates, pricing, product libraries, proposals, and troubleshooting
- Support and maintain integrations between LEAP, HubSpot, SalesRabbit, Ingage, and CompanyCam
- Help sales reps and field teams resolve technical issues quickly and effectively
- Maintain user setups, product configurations, and software workflows
- Assist with HubSpot objects, workflows, and syncing activity from related systems
- Support the IT team in ongoing implementation projects
- Create simple documentation and training guides for employees
- Coordinate with software vendors when advanced support is needed
What We're Looking For
