Early Collections Representatives (ECARS)

• Contact customers 5–29 days past due on auto payments to resolve delinquency.
• Handle 150+ inbound / outbound calls daily.
• Use empathy and problem-solving to understand reasons for delinquency and offer tailored solutions.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and conduct light skip tracing to support account resolution.

Customer Service Representatives

Funders / Data Entry Specialists

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.50 / hr.
