Product Design Leader (Remote - US)

This role provides an opportunity to shape and elevate end-to-end digital experiences across multiple customer touchpoints. The Product Design Leader will own the design of marquee initiatives such as ticketing, loyalty, and concessions, creating intuitive, mobile-first interfaces that delight users. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to turn customer insights into innovative design solutions. This position emphasizes mentorship, design system development, and cross-functional influence, making it ideal for a visionary designer passionate about user experience, accessibility, and cohesive visual identity. Accountabilities :

• Lead end-to-end design for key product initiatives, from discovery through delivery.
• Create polished, mobile-first designs for web and native applications, balancing usability with creativity.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and researchers to deliver customer-centered solutions.
• Contribute to and evolve design systems to ensure consistency and cohesion across all digital channels.
• Mentor and develop other designers, fostering a high-performing design culture.
• Advocate for accessibility, inclusive design, and best practices in UX / UI.
• Translate user insights into design decisions that improve usability, engagement, and satisfaction.
