Financial Planning Professional Opportunity
Jennifer Fukumae is seeking a talented financial planning professional to join a team-based wealth advisory environment. The firm manages a high-net-worth client base, providing comprehensive financial planning and investment management services. With a one-team approach, all planners work closely with lead advisors to gain exposure to diverse planning styles and develop expertise across all aspects of wealth management. Responsibilities :
- Participate in client meetings alongside lead advisors, collecting and analyzing client data.
- Assist in creating and presenting financial plans using a structured planning process.
- Work closely with advisory, investment, and client services teams to gain exposure to all aspects of wealth management.
- Review and ensure completion of client financial documents, including balance sheets, cash flow analyses, family strategic plans, estate maps, and portfolio reports.
- Develop and deepen client relationships through regular communication and proactive service.
- Coordinate with internal advisors and external professionals (CPAs, attorneys, insurance specialists) to execute comprehensive financial plans.
- Prepare client and prospect presentations, correspondence, and meeting materials.
- Assist with the implementation and monitoring of client financial plans, including investment policy statements, portfolio rebalancing, and ongoing planning updates.
- Maintain and expand client, advisor, and prospect databases.
- Support technology integration and document management initiatives to streamline planning processes.
Requirements :
6+ years of financial planning experience, or comparable experience in high-net-worth tax, investment management, or related fields.Must hold a CFP, CFA, CPA, JD, or similar professional designation.Strong communication, relationship-building, and client management skills.Why Join :
