Industry and what does the company do?   RF power company based in Los Angeles is seeking Electronic Assemblers!

Job Title :   Electronic Assembler

Shift Hours :   7 : 00 a.m. to 4 : 00 p.m.

Location :   Hawthorne, CA

Pay :  Up to $21.00 (depending on experience) /   Job Class :  Temp-to-Hire

Description :

The Electronic Assembler will configure complex RF power amplifier assemblies.  Electronic Assembler makes all electrical harnesses and RF coaxial cables; including soldering, wiring, mechanical and electrical assembly.

  • Works from production assembly instructions, schematics, rough sketches, and verbal instructions or notes to assemble, wire and install a variety of mechanical assemblies
  • Performs operations such as printed circuit boards, modules, chassis, cable harnesses, and similar tasks
  • Use and Handle Equipment
  • Perform other duties assigned

Qualifications :

  • Two or more years of assembling electrical parts, and familiarity with RF connectors
  • IPCJ-STD-001 and IPC-A-610 certification or equivalent
  • Must be able to read and understand assembly prints, parts list, wiring diagrams, and wiring lists.  Schematic familiarity and understanding of part numbers, polarity designations, color codes, etc.
  • Familiarity with MFG Quality and Inspection processes is a plus
