Hours Per Week : 40 hr / wk

Schedule : Nights

Sign-On Bonus : up to $4500

SUMMARY :

As a Nursing Assistant - Certified, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate, individualized care to our residents. Your proactive approach and dedication to patient support will contribute significantly to our exceptional nursing team.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Patient Care & Service : Collaborate with the nursing team to assist residents with personalized care plans, ensure transport to activities, provide engaging leisure activities, and offer emotional support to residents and their families.

Safety : Help maintain a clean and safe environment for all residents.

Communication & Documentation : Serve as a point of contact for families, direct them to relevant staff, respond promptly to resident requests, and communicate effectively with team members.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :

Current certification as a Nursing Assistant in New York State.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

EDUCATION / LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS :

CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant - New York State Education Department (NYSED)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :

M - Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and up to 10 pounds constantly to move objects; requires frequent walking, standing, or squatting.

PAY RANGE : $19.90 - $21.10

The listed base pay range reflects the current potential pay for a successful full-time applicant. This may be adjusted in the future and is subject to additional pay components based on experience, qualifications, and other factors.
