Job Details

Responsibilities :

Oversee all aspects of agency operations, compliance, and client service

Manage and mentor staff to ensure high performance and client satisfaction

Maintain strong relationships with attorneys, lenders, brokers, and clients

Drive business development and growth initiatives

Ensure compliance with New York State regulations and industry standards

Streamline processes to improve efficiency and profitability

Qualifications :

At least 5 years of experience in title insurance, real estate, or a closely related field

Proven leadership and management experience

Strong knowledge of NYC real estate transactions and closing process

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Ability to operate independently and make strategic decisions

Must work in-person in Midtown Manhattan
