You will answer inbound phone calls from internal and external customers. Process payments is part of your role. Make credit release decisions following procedures as stated in The Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. way. Refer customer disputes to field personnel for final resolution. You will also make payment arrangements on delinquent accounts and perform outbound collections calls in support of credit release procedures. Escalate customer disputes and collections situations as necessary. Also, you will assist team in meeting inbound service level standards.
What makes you great: You hold HS diploma / GED. More than two years (2+) Credit & Collections experience is required for this role. Handling inbound calls in a fast-paced environment. You have computer experience in Word and Excel. Customer service skills suit your profile, as well as effective verbal communication skills. Working successfully in a team environment.
