Customer Demand Planner serves as the responsible party for modeling demand, planning replenishment, and managing inventories with a customer-focus for key customers in our integrated and extended supply chain, with emphasis on managing baseline forecasts on all items and promotional volume and phasing on key promotions. These activities require frequent communication with Customer Development and the customer, and the successful execution of the role has a direct effect on client sales volume/profitability as well as the customer's sales volume/profitability.

REQUIRED: Microsoft Office Suite with Advanced Excel skills, Data Analysis, Supply Chain Management, Demand Planning/Forecasting, Inventory Management, Order Management, Stakeholder Management
Qualifications: Undergraduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business-related fields. 1-3 years of relevant Logistics, Operations, Manufacturing, or Customer Service experience required. Technical understanding of SAP, AMPS, Merlin or other Supply Chain information systems and strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Access. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
PREFERRED: Client/Wholesale Experience, B2B Customer Facing Experience, Retail HQ Experience, Logistics/Supply Chain
