The CLO Relationship Manager will be responsible for administering a complex book of existing accounts, onboarding of new accounts functions while ensuring compliance with all Bank and Corporate Trust policies and procedures. The Relationship Manager is expected to be a subject matter expert for a variety of processes, products and services. Some of the responsibilities include closing new transactions, managing complex accounts, client interface, and overseeing debt service payments, reporting, waterfalls and compliance collection. The incumbent will work closely with other Relationship Manager's, analysts, administrators, support areas, and external clients.
